Faith pleases God, and as Christians, we always put our trust in His promises because we stand on a firm foundation. Faith is not only believing in the impossible but also understanding the seasons of our lives and navigating them with courage and trust in our Almighty God. As I have recently released a word, we have already entered a new season in our lives. Therefore, we expect the manifestation of His promise this season.
Today’s promise excites me for two reasons. The least will be a thousand reminds me of Abraham and Sarah, our spiritual heritage. They were only one couple, but God multiplied them because of their faithfulness. God blessed Abraham to become the father of a great nation. Not just any nation but God’s nation. As Christians, we should accomplish God’s will in our lives and align with what God wants for us, remembering He always wants the best for us.
If we continue to remain faithful to God, think of what God can do in and through us. He is the same yesterday, today and forever, and He will continue to reward our faithfulness to Him. Therefore, my child, focus on God today, remain faithful to Him, and reflect on His faithfulness and unchanging nature.
Secondly, the promise will come to pass in its time. Remember, the promise comes with a date, and we are one day closer to the date. So don’t try to make it happen on your own timing; wait on God’s timing. The promise comes with a date, and we will wait patiently. Amen.
Let’s Pray:
Dear Lord, thank you for your promises for our lives. We trust you and wait on your timing. When the time is right, you will bless us just as you have blessed Abraham. Give us patience to remain faithful to you and focus on your goodness. We rest in the assurance that great is your faithfulness and you want the best for us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
