Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.
Acts 2:22 [NIV]
As we step into this new season, I want to remind you that all things have become new. You and I are new creations in Christ, and the season has changed to a new one. The ashes and mourning of the past season are turned into green pastures by the grace of God. Our hearts flow with everlasting joy as we lie in these pastures.
However, God is not just silently restoring our situations, but He is shifting us to a new level of authority. When Jesus traversed this earth, He walked in power and authority attested by God. The sick were healed, water was turned into wine, lack turned to abundance, chains were broken, people were set free, and breakthroughs happened.
Today God is blessing us to walk in those miracles. Everything from the past season is a testimony to the new season. What Jesus of Nazareth, accredited by God to perform miracles, did then continues to happen in our lives. God can work through us to become a miracle for someone this season. May God accredit each of us to be that helping hand, a sign and wonder to the hurting, broken, and desperate.
Let’s Pray:
Dear Lord, truly you are a God of miracles accredited by the Father. As we transition into the new season, may we be accredited to become that sign and wonder for someone, encourage that broken soul, and share your love with the weak and oppressed. May you continue to perform your miracles in and through us for your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
