Sickness is real, pain is real, and brokenness in this world is even more real. However, what’s super real, true and everlasting is our Jesus. The Son of Man who conquered the grave and resurrected so we may have life, life in abundance. Jesus Christ is omnipotent, and there is nothing he cannot do. Today’s promise reflects one facet of our God out of many. He is the greatest physician, Jehovah Rapha. He is the God who heals us. God is promising us today that He will heal us.

My child, whatever you are going through in your life, whether it is physical healing in your body or emotional healing due to heartbrokenness, whatever the issue is, God is going to heal us. There is nothing God cannot do; therefore, shift your focus from the pain you are going through and focus on God, who is able and promises to heal you.

My child may be waiting on God, or the pain that you are enduring is making you doubt or fall into self-pity. Be encouraged by the scripture and strengthen your faith that the time for healing has come. Well done on enduring the pain and trusting that God is healing you.

Dear Lord, you are the greatest physician. There is no sickness you cannot heal, no brokenness you cannot mend. Thank you for the promise today that you are healing us. We trust you and give you thanks for giving us the strength to endure thus far. We receive our healing by faith, Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
